For 10 guests or fewer: 30% three days before, 50% two days before, 80% one day before, and 100% on the day or no-show. For 11–20 guests, charges apply from 7 days before; for 21–30 guests, from 10 days before. Details vary by group size.

Check-in is 15:00–19:00, check-out is 11:00. For early arrivals, the entrance is open 24 hours and you can rest in the lobby. Reception opens at 7:00, and bathing is available until 9:30.

The entire building is non-smoking. Smoking is permitted in the entrance area and at the smoking corner next to the 1st floor elevator.

Complimentary shuttle available from Myoko-Kogen Station on the Shinano Railway Kita-Shinano Line (reservation required). By car: take the Myoko-Kogen IC via Prefectural Road 39. From Tokyo: use the Kan'etsu and Joshin'etsu expressways. From Nagoya: use the Chuo, Nagano, and Joshin'etsu expressways. From Kanazawa/Niigata: use the Hokuriku and Joshin'etsu expressways. By train: take the Hokuriku Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Nagano Station, then transfer to the Shinano Railway and get off at Myoko-Kogen Station.

We have a dining area, banquet hall, lobby, gift shop, and large bath and open-air bath (Tatami-no-yu and Ishi-no-yu). Coffee is available for self-service in the lobby (8:00–10:00, 15:00–21:00). The gift shop sells local crafts and specialty items including Koshihikari rice and kanzuri (chili paste).

We provide lockers and a drying room for skis and snow boots, so you can enjoy winter sports with peace of mind.

There are two areas: Tatami-no-yu and Ishi-no-yu, each with a large bath and open-air bath. Both feature source-fed natural hot springs with no recirculation, flowing from the foothills of Mount Myoko. The water is said to have skin-beautifying properties.

We offer 3 types of rooms with hot spring baths: Kasetsu (suite Japanese-Western), Mizuyuki (Japanese-Western), and Hosoyuki/Koyuki (Japanese-style twin). All are limited to 1–2 rooms per day. The hot springs are source-fed with no recirculation.

Day-trip reservations are accepted by phone at 0255-87-2102. Reception hours are 8:00–18:00.

We provide shuttle service to Myoko Kogen Station on the Shinano Railway Kita-Shinano Line. Please mention this when making your reservation. Please note: do not confuse this with Joetsu Myoko Station.

Both breakfast and dinner are served at the semi-private dining area Kirakunotei. The menu focuses on local cuisine featuring nodoguro (blackthroat seaperch), Echigo beef, and vegetables and wild vegetables from the Myoko highlands. There is also a sunken hearth seating option.

There is a parking lot in front of the inn. Please park in an available space. If you arrive early in the morning, you can use the lot in the same way, but please leave your car keys at the front desk.
