How do I get to Huis Ten Bosch?
Hotel guests can cross the Huis Ten Bosch canal on a dedicated canal cruiser to enter and leave the park. We can direct you to the hotel car park and store your luggage even before check-in. You may re-enter Huis Ten Bosch as often as you like, free of charge.
How long does it take from JR Hakata Station?
About 110 minutes from JR Hakata Station on the Huis Ten Bosch limited express, then about 5 minutes' walk from JR Huis Ten Bosch Station. From Nagasaki Airport it is about 60 minutes by express bus.

There are two types: park view, with a wide view over Huis Ten Bosch, and station view, looking out on the green hills and Huis Ten Bosch Station. High ceilings and the European townscape give the rooms a distinctly foreign feel.

Where do I collect my Huis Ten Bosch entry ticket?
On plans that include a ticket, we hand you a ticket voucher after the arrival formalities, including luggage storage, at the second-floor front desk. You can collect it from the morning of the day you stay.

Is there a hot spring, and what are its qualities?
We have Kotonoyu, the only natural hot spring bathing hall in the Huis Ten Bosch area fed continuously from the source. The water contains iron and manganese and is reheated, and is said to help with neuralgia, muscle pain, fatigue and poor circulation. There is also an open-air bath.

What restaurants are there?
There is a range of Japanese, Western and Chinese restaurants. Breakfast is a Japanese, Western and Chinese buffet in an open space looking out on the European townscape. The Japanese restaurant Sakura also opens specially for lunch (12:00-15:00, last orders 14:30).
