How far is it to Tsurugaoka Hachimangu and Komachi-dori?
The second torii of Tsurugaoka Hachimangu is so close that it can be seen from the hotel rooms, a few minutes' walk away. Komachi-dori is also very close. It is an ideal base for sightseeing.
How convenient is it for the Enoden line and Hase?
JR Kamakura Station is 2 minutes' walk, so you can change straight onto the Enoden line. The Great Buddha at Hase and Yuigahama beach are only a few stops away.
