Is there a shuttle bus from Maisaka Station?
Free shuttle buses run on a regular schedule from the north exit rotary of JR Maisaka Station. Travel time is approximately 7 minutes. If arriving by car, parking for approximately 300 vehicles is available.

What is the Executive Lake View Lounge?
A new lounge on the top floor, the 13th floor (approximately 42 m above ground), which opened in April 2025. Exclusive to guests staying in executive twin and suite rooms, you can enjoy beer, wine, whisky, local sake, soft drinks, and light snacks while taking in panoramic views of Lake Hamana.
Is there a pool?
An outdoor pool operates during summer (approximately July to early September). Operating hours are 9:00–11:00 and 14:00–19:00 (subject to change depending on period and time). On check-in day, use is available from 14:00; on check-out day, until 11:00.

What kind of hot spring facility is it?
You can enjoy a large bath and open-air bath fed by the on-site hot spring "Yuto Onsen", sourced from 500 meters underground. The open-air bath has an Asian resort atmosphere, where you can soak while gazing at starry skies at night or blue skies during the day.

Can I see Lake Hamana from the guest room?
All guest rooms are 36 m² or larger and offer views of Lake Hamana or Enshu-nada (Enshuu-nada). We offer a variety of room types including executive twin rooms with design inspired by Lake Hamana and Enshu cotton fabric, as well as spacious Japanese-Western style rooms.
