The concept is THE OSAKA TIME, carrying on the history of the site of the first Osaka Station. The central space takes windows, train windows and rails as its motifs, and the lobby on the 29th floor has modern wall art evoking red brick.

It opened on 31 July 2024, in JP Tower Osaka directly connected to the west exit of JR Osaka Station, on the historic site of the first Osaka Station, which opened in 1874.
