How do I get there from JR Nasushiobara Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from JR Nasushiobara Station (booking required at least 5 days in advance), taking about 40 minutes. By car it is about 18 km from Nasu IC on the Tohoku Expressway, and about 25 minutes by taxi from Kuroiso Station.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Standard check-in is from 15:00 (latest 18:00) and check-out is by 10:00. Some plans allow early check-in at 14:00.

What does all-inclusive cover?
Meals (dinner and breakfast), drinks including alcohol, the indoor heated pool, the spa with its infinity open-air bath and loyly sauna, cycling, yoga, stargazing, karaoke and marshmallow toasting are all included in the room rate.
