How do I get here from the nearest station?
From Myoko Kogen Station on the Echigo Tokimeki Railway Myoko Haneuma Line / Kita Shinano Line, it is about 10 minutes by taxi. By car, take the Joetsu Shikanetsu Expressway to Myoko Kogen IC, turn left at the Ikenodera entrance, and continue for about 10 minutes.

Toothbrush sets, face towels, and bath towels are available for free rental. Please ask at the front desk. Yukata robes, slippers, tea sets, and electric kettles are also provided in each room.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is at 9:30. If you will arrive after 18:00, please contact us in advance. If you wish to leave luggage or change clothes before check-in, please contact us by the day before. The curfew is 23:00.

How is access to the ski area? Can ski equipment be stored?
Akakura Onsen Resort Ski Area and Myoko Sky Cable station are located right in front of the facility. Akakura Onsen Ski Area is about a 7-minute walk away, and Ikenodera Onsen Alpine Brix Ski Area is about 5 minutes by car. The facility has a ski drying room and waxing room in the entrance area, allowing comfortable equipment management.

How do I access the facility?
From Myoko Kogen Station on the Echigo Tokimeki Railway Myoko Haneuma Line / Kita Shinano Line, about 10 minutes by taxi. Akakura Onsen Resort Ski Area and Myoko Sky Cable station are right in front of the facility. Beach at Uno no Hama is about 50 minutes away by car.

Yes, we welcome families with children. Western-style meals are very popular with children. Akakura Onsen Resort Ski Area offers sledding, tubing, and skiing for both adults and children, and nearby attractions include Myoko Sunshine Land amusement park (about 13 minutes by car). We also have large rooms available upon request.

Rooms do not have private baths or toilets. Bath and toilet facilities are shared, so please be aware of this in advance.

What kind of hot spring facility is there and until what time can I use it?
We have one indoor bath each for men and women fed by source water from the Akakura hot spring. The water is somewhat warm and guests praise how the skin feels smooth after bathing. The hot spring is said to be effective for fatigue recovery and for healing wounds. You can bathe 24 hours. We also accept private bath reservations at the front desk.

What are the meal times and what kind of food is served?
Dinner is served from 18:00 to 21:00, and breakfast from 7:00 to 9:00. Our owner, who trained at a local hotel, serves Niigata local and home-style cooking. Depending on the plan, you can enjoy Myoko buckwheat noodles, mountain vegetables, sashimi, meat dishes, and homestyle meals. Western dishes are popular with both adults and children, and homemade desserts are also a favorite.
