How do I get there from the nearest station?
About 10 minutes by car from Himi Station on the JR Himi Line. Free pick-up is also available (please confirm). By car it is about 5 minutes from Himi-Kita IC on the Noetsu Expressway.

Is there a hot spring?
We use water from the Himi hot spring area, a sodium chloride spring known as a beauty bath, ideal for easing away the strains of daily life.

What sightseeing spots are nearby?
Himi has the fishing port and the Himi Banyagai roadside station. Set-net fishing tours and a walk round the hot spring town are also enjoyable. Takaoka and Kanazawa are relatively easy to reach.

What food is served?
We serve kaiseki cuisine prepared with all our head chef's skill, making generous use of the varied seafood of Toyama Bay, Himi beef and local vegetables, with each dish built around seasonal ingredients.
When is the seafood of Toyama Bay at its best?
Toyama Bay is known as a natural fish tank for the variety it yields. There is something in season all year: winter yellowtail and crab, firefly squid and white shrimp in spring, and rock oysters in summer.
