Is there a complimentary shuttle service from Kaga Onsen Station?
A free shuttle bus operates from JR/Ishikawa Railway Kaga Onsen Station. Departure times are 15:00, 16:00, 17:00, and 17:40. Reservations are required and must be made by the day before your stay.

What types of rooms are available?
The ryokan has 36 rooms in total: 19 Japanese-style rooms and 17 Japanese-Western hybrid rooms. 17 rooms include private open-air baths. Room types range from standard Japanese rooms to special pure Japanese rooms, modern hybrid rooms, and luxurious rooms with private outdoor baths.

We have an infrared sauna facility (additional fee applies). It is popular for its high detoxification effects.

The shop is open 8:00–11:00 and 14:00–21:00. We stock local sake and renowned Hokuriku confectionery.

What is the hot spring water quality and what are its characteristics?
It is 100% natural hot spring water of the sodium and calcium chloride type. Rich in salt, it creates a protective layer on the skin, and the warmth continues even after bathing, making it effective for improving poor circulation. Separate outdoor baths (Hikoboshi and Orihime) are available for men and women, and a Finnish-style sauna is also equipped.

Can I enjoy views of Lake Shibayama?
Since the ryokan is located on the lakeside, you can enjoy views of Lake Shibayama from the open-air bath and rooms. In summer, you may be able to view fireworks from a prime viewing spot in the open-air bath or your room.

A monthly changing Kaga kaiseki dinner prepared by the head chef using seasonal local ingredients is served in a spacious dining area. Both dinner and breakfast menus can be adjusted to your preferences.
