Is there a shuttle service?
We offer free shuttle service twice daily (3 PM and 4 PM) from in front of the FamilyMart at Beppu Station East Exit. Reservations must be made by 5 PM the previous day on a first-come, first-served basis. Please call to request the service.
Is there parking?
Free parking is available to the left of the main entrance. No reservation is needed. If the lot is full, our staff will direct you to the second parking lot.
Can children stay?
We regret that we cannot accommodate children aged 12 and under.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM (until 6:00 PM for dinner-included plans). Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out costs ¥2,200 per person per hour (including tax).

What room types are available?
Japanese-Western standard twin (8 tatami / 36 m²), Japanese-Western superior twin (10 tatami / 43 m²), Japanese-Western standard double (6 tatami / 24–29 m²), and Japanese-Western superior double (8 tatami / 32 m²). There are 12 rooms in total across these four types. All rooms have a private semi-open-air hot spring bath with flowing hot water.

Check-out is at 10:00 AM.

Can we bring pets?
We regret that we cannot accommodate pets. Thank you for your understanding.
How do I get there?
About 20 minutes by car from JR Beppu Station (free shuttle available; reservation required by 5pm the day before, departing at 3pm or 4pm). About 10 minutes from Beppu IC. Nearest station: Beppu University Station, about 5 minutes by car or taxi. Free parking available.
Do you accommodate allergies?

What kind of meals are served?
We prepare fine cuisine using seasonal ingredients from Oita. Breakfast is a Japanese-style meal centered on rice cooked in a pot. For multi-night stays, the dinner menu from the second night onwards will be at the discretion of the inn.
Can I smoke?
All rooms are non-smoking. A smoking area is available on the 1st floor.
What is the hot spring water quality and what about the bath in my room?
All rooms have a semi-open-air hot spring bath with 100% pure hot spring water flowing directly. The hot spring is a chloride spring, characterized by high heat retention and warmth that lasts after bathing. There is also a shared gender-separated large bath.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.
Is there a bathing tax?
A bathing tax of 250 yen per person is charged separately.
