Wi-Fi (wireless LAN) is available throughout the building except in the large public bath.

Is there a shuttle service from Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal?
We provide a shuttle bus from Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal to our facility (generally 8:30–18:00). Please call us after arriving at the terminal. It is also about a 5-minute walk from the terminal.

What types of guest rooms do you have?
Each guest room is named after a traditional Japanese flower and features Japanese-style rooms with distinct character, built in the Taisho to early Showa periods. Our annex offers rooms with private hot spring baths, and rooms with outdoor baths overlooking the Yubatake area are particularly popular.

What hot springs and baths do you have?
We have 6 bathing pools fed by the "Shirahata" hot spring source, said to be the oldest in Kusatsu, and 3 private outdoor baths (cypress, Shigaraki ware, and family bath). The private outdoor baths are available for a fee and can be used 24 hours (reservation required). Our bath attendants manage the water temperature.
How do I book a private bath?
Private baths (fee applies) can be reserved at check-in. They are available 24 hours, and towels, brushes, and shower caps are provided in the changing areas.

Is it convenient to access Yubatake and the hot spring town?
We are located about a 1-minute walk from Yubatake. You can enjoy shopping and exploring Yubatake in your yukata during your stay. Nishinokawara Park is also within walking distance.

Does the facility have wheelchair accessibility features?
As our building is a 136-year-old wooden structure, there are many stairs throughout the facility. The building is designed to take advantage of Kusatsu's topography. Please contact the front desk in advance regarding elevator access.

What kind of meals are served?
We serve cuisine made with abundant local Gunma Prefecture ingredients, designed to reflect the colors of the four seasons. Our in-house café and bar "Kissako" also offers siphon coffee and local wines.

Is there parking?
We do not have a dedicated parking lot on our premises. You can use the paid parking lot at Nishinokawara Park. Parking is free if you mention you are staying at Naraya. Free parking is available from noon onwards.

From JR Agatsuma Line Naganohara-Kusatsu-guchi Station, take a JR bus for approximately 25 minutes to Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal, where a shuttle bus is available (8:30–18:00, in principle). Yubatake is about a 1-minute walk away.
