How do I get here from the nearest station?
It takes about 7 minutes by car or taxi from JR Sanin Main Line Tamatsukuri Onsen Station. From Izumo Enmusubi Airport, it takes about 30 minutes by car or taxi. We recommend using our shuttle service.
When is the one-way traffic restriction in effect at the hot spring town?
A one-way traffic restriction is in place on a section of Tamatsukuri hot spring town between 15:00 and 24:00. Northbound to southbound traffic is permitted, but southbound to northbound entry is prohibited. Your car navigation system may provide incorrect directions, so please follow the local traffic signs.

What types and how many guest rooms do you have?
We have 84 rooms in total. These include open-air hot spring baths in guest rooms (2 rooms), as well as various types such as Japanese-style and Japanese-Western hybrid rooms.

What is special about the hot spring water?
Our hot spring water is nicknamed "Silk Hat" for its silky, smooth texture on the skin. It is a simple alkaline hot spring with low salinity, and is popular as gentle water that is comfortable for long soaks.
What is the signature "agate bath"?
A bath lined with agate (a power stone) from Tamayu Onsen. We have two types of agate baths—"Myth Bath" and "Goddess Bath"—where you can experience the stone's energy and the skin-beautifying hot spring at the same time.

Is there a shuttle from JR Tamayu Onsen Station?
We offer free shuttle service to/from JR Tamayu Onsen Station and Tamayu Highway Bus Stop. Pickups are between 14:00–19:00 and must be reserved by 2 days before your stay. Return shuttle runs at fixed times: 8:00 / 8:45 / 9:20 / 10:00 / 10:55 (please reserve at the front desk at check-in).

What are your dining options?
We serve cuisine made with carefully selected seasonal ingredients from Sanin, a treasure trove of food. Our menu centers on kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) featuring Shimane beef and fresh seafood from the Japan Sea. We also offer dinner plans served in private rooms.
