How do I get here from Dogo Onsen?
About 10 minutes by car from Dogo Onsen. From Dogo Onsen Station, take the Iyo Railway bus (bound for Okudogo) for about 9 minutes. Free shuttle bus service is also available (advance reservation required).

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges apply as follows: 100% for no-shows and cancellations on the day of arrival, 100% on the day of stay, 50% the day before, 30% two days before, and 20% from three days before. For details, please confirm at the time of booking.

Are there facilities or services for children?
A garden pool (using cool spring water from Okuodo) is available during summer. We also offer a children's playground and table tennis. The facility is popular with families.

What types of guest rooms are available?
We offer a variety of room types including Japanese rooms, Western rooms, and rooms with private outdoor baths. Rooms with private outdoor baths feature a riverbed bath overlooking the Ishide River with hot spring water continuously flowing. We have 80 rooms in total.

Is the facility wheelchair accessible?
The facility is fully equipped for wheelchair access. Two of our private outdoor baths have wheelchair-accessible bathtubs. We also offer wheelchair rentals.

What kind of hot spring facilities do you have?
Suimei-no-Yu is one of the largest open-air baths in western Japan with a total area of approximately 1,508 square meters, featuring 7 different types of baths for men and women. We also have 5 private open-air baths with different characteristics, including stone, log, and cypress baths—all with flowing spring water. The water is known as a beauty treatment hot spring with a pH of 9.4.

What is dinner like?
We offer a popular buffet of about 80 dishes featuring Ehime's seafood and mountain produce. You can also enjoy live cooking of steak prepared by our chefs. Kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) is available at the Japanese garden restaurant Sangen Chaya.
