How do I access the facility from the nearest station?
A 15-minute walk from Chichibu Railway's Shiraku Station, or we can arrange a shuttle minibus to pick you up upon arrival. By car, take the Hanazono IC, via the Minano-Yorii Toll Road (Minano-Otsuka IC) and Route 140 for approximately 60 minutes.

Yes, it is free for guests. The private outdoor bath can be used as many times as you wish when available.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00–18:00 (latest 18:00). Check-out is 10:00. If you will arrive after 18:00, please contact us in advance. Without notice, your reservation may be cancelled.

There are 13 rooms in total (all with private bath and toilet). Room types include the Shoin-style Ryokusuitei (entrance 3 tatami + main room 12.5 tatami + veranda) and the Honkan building which retains a Showa-era atmosphere (entrance 4.5 tatami + main room 12.5 tatami + veranda).

Yes, a hot spring tax of 150 yen per adult is charged separately.

The spring is a natural hot spring with an outdoor bath and is available for bathing 24 hours. However, it is temporarily closed for cleaning from 9:40 a.m.

What is the meal service and where are meals served?
Meals are served kaiseki-style in your room. Both dinner and breakfast feature generous home-cooked dishes using seasonal ingredients from the mountains and rivers of Oku-Chichibu, enjoyed at your leisure in your room.
