We do not accept pets. Please note this in advance.
How do I get there?
About 6–7 minutes by car from JR Yufuin Station. About 1 minute by car from Yufuin IC on the Oita Expressway. Free shuttle service available (15:00–17:00, reservation required). Parking for approximately 20 cars (free, no reservation needed).
What time is check-in?
Check-in is at 15:00.
Can we stay with children?
Yes, we welcome guests with children. For children aged 1–6, a childcare facility fee applies, payable on-site. We also offer children's menus, including a dinner children's lunch (¥2,750) and breakfast children's Japanese set (¥2,200).
What time is checkout?
10:00.
Is there a parking lot?

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 19:00, and checkout is at 10:00. Dinner is served in two seatings at 17:30 and 19:30; your seating is assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at check-in.
Is there a parking lot?
We have a spacious free parking lot with capacity for approximately 20 cars. Reservations are not required. Please note that parking lot access is temporarily closed daily from 11:30 to 13:00 during staff break time.
Is there a shuttle service?
Free shuttle service is available from Yufuin Station to Hanayoshi between 15:00 and 17:00 (reservation required). After 17:00, please use a taxi. For return trips, shuttles depart at 9:30 or 10:00 (reservation required).
Can I use Wi-Fi?
Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility, including the front desk and lobby.
What is the "morning mist" and when can you see it?
It is a mystical mist that spreads across the Yufuin basin, particularly visible in the early mornings from autumn through winter. The highlight of our facility is the expansive panoramic view of Yufuin's morning mist from the lobby's large windows. Please note that it may not be visible depending on weather conditions.
What is the water quality of the hot spring like?
It is a smooth, simple mineral hot spring (simple spring) with a pH of 9.3. The facility features an indoor hot spring bath and outdoor bath. All detached cottage rooms have private outdoor baths available 24 hours for your exclusive enjoyment.
What types of rooms do you offer?
We have 28 rooms in total: detached cottage Japanese-Western rooms with private outdoor baths (such as Hanayoshi Type A and Type B) and main building Japanese-Western rooms. Some cottage plans include wooden decks or stone baths.
What kind of meals are served?
Kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) made with seasonal ingredients from Oita is served in the dining room. Dinner is offered in two seatings. For multi-night stays, the main dishes and all other meal items from the second night onwards are left to our discretion.
Do you accommodate allergies?
We can accommodate the 8 specified raw materials and almonds, plus the 28 specified raw materials including these. Please inform us at the time of booking, at least 10 days before your stay. Same-day accommodations cannot be arranged.
Is Wi-Fi available?
