We accept major credit cards (one-time payment only) including VISA, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and Diners Club, as well as PayPay, d-payment, Rakuten Pay, au Pay, Merpay, LINE Pay, QUICPay, WAON, Rakuten Edy, and iD.

We can store your luggage at the front desk before check-in and after check-out. If arriving by train, you can also leave luggage at the tourist information centre at Ashihara Onsen Station; our shuttle bus will collect it and we'll keep it at the front desk.

Free shuttle bus from JR Awara Onsen Station (reservation required), or taxi (approx. 15 min). By car: approx. 20 min from Kanazu IC on the Hokuriku Expressway. From Komatsu Airport: approx. 1 hour by bus and train. From Osaka Station: approx. 1 hour 50 min by Limited Express Thunderbird and Hokuriku Shinkansen.

We provide rental items for children including baby blankets, toilet seat adapters, bath chairs, bottle sterilizers with microwave function, and nappy disposal bins. These items are limited in number, so please contact us in advance if you wish to use them. Note: we do not provide baby baths, baby beds, or bed guards.

All rooms are provided with easy-to-move samue (work-style robes). Guests staying in the private open-air bath rooms Rouan and Jūsan no Kaze can also borrow vibrant coloured yukata.

We offer Rouan, a special room blending Nordic and Japanese style with a semi-open-air bath (2 rooms only), Jūsan no Kaze with open-air and semi-open-air baths (13 rooms), and standard rooms including dinosaur-themed rooms, Japanese-Western rooms, and Japanese rooms. There are 170 rooms in total.

We have a relaxation space called Nagomi inside the facility. We offer relaxation menus suited to your body after warming up in the natural hot spring. Both advance and same-day reservations are available. Please contact TEL. 0776-77-2500 (16:00–19:00) for more information.

We have table tennis (15:00–22:00 / 30 minutes ¥500), a karaoke room (15:00–24:00 / first hour ¥4,000), a mahjong room (¥11,000), and a game corner on the 2F of Honjin.

Our private source feeds Juraku, one of the Hokuriku region's largest garden open-air baths, featuring an octagonal hip bath, a flower-viewing bath, and ceramic tubs made from Shigaraki ware. The women's large bath also has a silk bath. Komoreyonoyu offers Awara's first carbonated spring bath and mist sauna, with separate bathing times for men and women.

We run a free shuttle bus from the west exit bus roundabout of JR Ashihara Onsen Station. Pickups depart at 14:30, 15:00, 16:00, and 17:00. Dropoffs depart at 9:00, 10:00, and 11:00. Pickups are by reservation only; please call TEL. 0776-77-2500 up to one hour before your arrival time.

Buffet restaurant "Niji" offers theatrical stone-oven buffet dining, and dining "Sakura" serves kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) including "Jūsan no Kaze Kaiseki". From November to March, we also offer seasonal Echizen crab kaiseki.

We have a free car park with capacity for 300 vehicles. You can use it with peace of mind when arriving by car.
