About 1 hour by car from the Fukuoka metropolitan area. About 5 minutes after exiting Haki IC on the Oita Expressway.

Check-in is at 15:00 (latest 19:00), and check-out is at 10:00. Times may vary depending on your plan; please confirm the details of your booked plan.

Can families with children enjoy it?
During summer, there is an outdoor pool and a water slide at the Jungle Bath, with plenty of play facilities for children. We also have recreation facilities including table tennis and karaoke suitable for three-generation trips.

We offer a variety of room types including Japanese-style, Japanese-Western, and detached cottages. You can choose based on your needs. A full facility renovation was completed in July 2024, adding new room types.

What is the spring quality of the hot spring and what are its benefits?
Harajuku Hot Spring has two types of spring quality: "alkaline simple spring" and "sulfur spring," making it a "W (double) beauty water." The alkaline spring removes old skin keratin, and the sulfur component is said to remove melanin from the keratin layer, providing expected beauty benefits. The public bath alternates daily between a men's and women's section.
What kind of bath is the "Jungle Bath"?
Our most popular bath, featuring lush tropical rainforest greenery. A unique bathing area where you can enjoy hot spring bathing and forest bathing at the same time. In summer, a water slide is installed and is very popular with children.
Do you have private baths?
We have private baths available. Availability may depend on the plan and occupancy, so please confirm when making a reservation or contact us via our official website or phone (0946-62-1140).

What tourist spots are in the area?
Spring brings cherry blossoms and rapeseed flowers along the Chikugo River, summer features traditional cormorant fishing, autumn offers Akizuki, a famous red-leaf spot, and fruit-picking is available year-round. The Haratsuru Basaro roadside station is also popular for souvenir shopping.
