How do I get there by train?
From Tokyo, the limited express Odoriko reaches Shuzenji Station in about 2 hours 6 minutes, or take the Shinkansen to Mishima Station and change to the Izuhakone Railway, about 33 minutes. From Shuzenji Station it is about 10 minutes by taxi.

What kind of hot spring water is it?
It is the alkaline simple spring of Shuzenji Onsen (hypotonic and weakly alkaline). The bathing hall and open-air bath are swapped between men and women each day, so you can enjoy the character of both.
