Can I walk to Yubatake and Nishi-no-Kawara Park?
It is about a 5-minute walk from our entrance to Yubatake and Nishi-no-Kawara. Since the Yubatake and Nishi-no-Kawara area has limited parking and many one-way streets, we recommend exploring the town on foot.
Is there anything to note about access in winter?
During winter, roads may freeze. Please bring tire chains or winter tires.
How long does it take from Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal?
It is about 7 minutes on foot from Kusatsu Bus Terminal. Guests using the highway bus "Yumeguri-go" can also reach us in about 7 minutes on foot.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is at 10:00. Times may vary depending on the plan. If you will arrive after 17:00, please contact the ryokan in advance.

How many guest rooms are there?
We have 42 rooms in total. They are primarily Japanese-style rooms with peaceful views of the garden and the mountains surrounding Kusatsu.

What is the hot spring source?
We use two sources: Bandai mineral spring and Nishi-no-kawara spring. All 6 baths—Bandai no Yu, Nishi no Yu, Yusan no Yu (men's), Garden bath, Chagama no Yu, and Yusan no Yu (women's)—are supplied directly from the source.

How do I get there?
From JR Asama Line Nagano-haraKusatsu-guchi Station, take the JR Bus Kanto bus bound for Kusatsu Onsen for about 25 minutes. It is about a 7-minute walk from Kusatsu Bus Terminal. About 80 minutes from Kan-Etsu Expressway Shibukawainterchange.
