How do I get here from the nearest station? Do you offer transfers?
We offer complimentary transfers to and from Chichibu Railway "Busshu Hino Station" as needed. After arriving at the station, please call the ryokan at 0494-54-2654. We will also arrange your return trip to Busshu Hino Station. By car, it takes about 40 minutes from Kanetsu Expressway Hanazono IC.

Check-in is from 15:00 (early check-in from 14:00 is available on some plans), and check-out is until 10:00 (late check-out until 11:00 is available on some plans).

What are the nearby tourist attractions?
Mitsuminé Shrine is about 50 minutes by car; Michi no Eki Arakawa is located at the back and convenient for walks. Chichibu Pilgrimage temples 29 and 30 are within a 5-minute drive, making this ryokan popular as a base for visiting the Chichibu Pilgrimage temples.

What types of rooms do you have?
All 25 rooms come with private open-air baths, and no two rooms are decorated the same. There are Japanese-style rooms and Japanese-Western hybrid rooms with open-air baths, each offering a different character of bathing experience (room selection not available).

Do you have a public bath? What are the bathing hours?
Yes, we have a public bath with an indoor bath (marble bath) and an open-air bath (stone bath carved from large stone). Bathing is available 24 hours. At the public open-air bath, we also offer sake service and self-serve ice cream after bathing.
Do all rooms have private open-air baths?
Yes, all 25 rooms have private open-air baths. Each room has a unique character, allowing you to bathe freely in a private setting at any time.
What is the mineral composition and therapeutic effect of the hot spring?
We draw water from Chichibu Otaki Onsen "Mine-no-Yu". It contains sodium, chloride, bicarbonate, and metaboric acid ions at levels above the average for Japanese hot springs. The water is expected to be beneficial for neuralgia, muscle pain, and joint pain.

What kind of meals are served?
Dinner is served in a semi-private dining area and features creative cuisine prepared by the head chef using ingredients nurtured by Chichibu's natural environment. Breakfast consists of gentle, body-friendly Japanese dishes centred around tofu cooked in water drawn from Chichibu's pristine springs.

There is a free car park with 20 spaces. Advance reservation is not necessary, but since it may be full, we recommend letting us know your expected arrival time for peace of mind.
