You can enjoy the hot spring of Shioe Hot Spring Resort. It is a historic hot spring surrounded by the Sanuki Mountains and has long been cherished as "Takamatsu's inner sanctum."

What kind of place is Shioe Onsen?
Located in a prefectural natural park surrounded by the Sanuki Mountains, it is the 'inner retreat of Takamatsu' with a history of approximately 1,300 years. You can enjoy seasonal nature: cherry blossoms in spring, fireflies in summer, and autumn leaves in fall. Amago and wild boar dishes are also local specialties.

What dinner menus are available?
You can choose from seasonal kaiseki, chicken hot pot course, or wild boar hot pot course. The wild boar hot pot is especially loved by many guests for its flavor and generous portions. Hand-made mori soba made by a skilled soba craftsman is also served at dinner (advance reservation required).

The owner is a skilled soba craftsman who has spent 20 years perfecting the craft of soba-making. We serve soba made from carefully selected ingredients ground fresh with a stone mill. It has a slightly greenish color with a rich flavor and exceptional smoothness (advance reservation required).
