How do I get here from JR Matsue Station?
Approximately 10 minutes by taxi from JR Matsue Station, or about 7 minutes by Matsue City Bus (outer loop northbound line) to "Matsue City Hall" stop, then approximately 1 minute on foot. From Ichibata Railway Matsue Shinji Lake Onsen Station, it is approximately 7 minutes on foot.

Are there guided tours of the area?
The hotel operates an "Urban Enishi Travel" regional guided tour. You can enjoy the history, culture, and nature of the Matsue and Izumo areas with the guidance of local guides. We also offer half-day guided tours to Izumo Taisha and Inasa Beach (with hotel shuttle service).

We have a scenic hot spring public bath overlooking the surroundings. You can enjoy Matsue Shinjiko hot spring (natural hot spring at approximately 70 degrees). You can ease away fatigue from your journey in a quiet lakeside setting.

Can I see the sunset over Lake Shinji?
The facility is located in an excellent spot on the shores of Lake Shinji, and the sunset viewpoint where the sun sinks into the lake is within walking distance. You can also enjoy the lake views from the guest rooms and restaurant.

You can access Izumo Taisha via Ichibata Electric Railway or local buses. You can combine train travel for sightseeing and visit the attractive spots in the Matsue and Izumo areas.
