What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is 10:00 the next morning. If you will arrive after 18:00 on a dinner-included plan, please contact the hotel in advance.

What are the nearby tourist attractions?
Katsuura Central Beach is about a 5-minute walk away. Katsuura Morning Market (15-minute walk) operates daily from around 6:30 to 11:00. Fishing at Katsuura Port is also available. A map of restaurants in Katsuura City is available in the lobby.

Is it enjoyable for families with children?
The facility has plenty of attractions for children, including a bowling alley, game corner, kids' corner, manga library, and Aqua Palace pool. We also have a baby care room and nursing room available.

Are there karaoke and entertainment facilities?
We have karaoke boxes (19:00–23:00, last entry 22:00), a bowling alley, a game corner, and table tennis tables. You can enjoy yourself throughout the day without leaving the facility.
What kind of facility is Aqua Palace?
It is an all-weather spa zone where you can enjoy water activities in swimwear. There is an indoor "Action Spa" and an outdoor "Sky Spa", available year-round. Guests staying at the hotel can use it free of charge on the day of check-in and the following day (a fee applies on checkout day during summer season).

What is the observation hot spring bath "Hiten no Yu" like?
An observation hot spring bath at 40 meters above ground with views of the Pacific Ocean. The hot spring promotes health and is gentle on the skin, with a sauna also available. Operating hours: 15:00–24:00 and 5:00–9:00 the next morning (times may vary by season).

Both dinner and breakfast are served buffet-style. Dinner is from 18:00 to 20:00 (last order 19:30), with a wide selection of Japanese, Western and Chinese dishes including sushi, sashimi, steak, grilled seafood, and tempura.

We have 200 parking spaces total, including a multi-story car park (height limit 2.2m) and an outdoor lot. Guests can park free for 24 hours from check-in. After that, the rate is 300 yen per hour.
