How do I get from Echigo-Yuzawa Station?
About 2–3 minutes on foot from Echigo-Yuzawa Station West Exit. Exit from the West Exit and walk up the slope in front of the 7-Eleven to reach the main entrance. Since the slope is steep, guests with heavy luggage can request a shuttle service from the hotel.

Can I rent ski equipment?
During winter (scheduled operation: 26 December 2026 – 31 March 2027), you can pre-book ski and snowboard rental equipment. Bookings must be made by 15:00 on the day before your stay.

What types of hot spring facilities are available?
The spring is a simple thermal spring called Echigo-Yuzawa Onsen. In addition to the large public baths 'Iwa no Yu' and 'Wakakusa no Yu', there are an open-air bath, private bath, sauna, and jacuzzi. The detached bath 'Kiri no Yu' offers bathing while viewing seasonal gardens. Guest rooms with open-air baths with flowing hot spring water are also popular.

Can I explore the hot spring town?
The hotel is located in the heart of Yuzawa hot spring town, where you can enjoy strolling in yukata (casual kimono), shooting galleries, and other activities unique to a hot spring resort. Access to Echigo-Yuzawa Station and nearby ski resorts is excellent.

Both dinner and breakfast are popular buffet-style (Japanese, Western and Chinese). The selection includes hand-rolled sushi, steak, and a section where you can choose ingredients for your own rice balls. The range and quality are highly rated.
