Which is the nearest station, and how long is the walk?
About 1 minute's walk from exit 1 (stairs) of Motomachi-Chukagai Station on the Minatomirai Line, or about 2 minutes from exit 2 (lift). From JR Ishikawacho Station it is about 13 minutes' walk.
How easy is it to reach Chinatown and the sights?
Yokohama Chinatown is about 3 minutes' walk, Yamashita Park is directly in front, and the Minato Mirai area is about 10 minutes by train, so the location is excellent as a base for sightseeing in Yokohama.
How long does it take from Haneda Airport?
The limousine bus linking Haneda Airport with Yamashita Park and Minato Mirai takes about 24 minutes. From the Yamashita-Koen-mae stop the hotel is about 1 minute's walk.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancelling the day before incurs 20 per cent of the room rate, on the day 80 per cent, and a no-show without notice 100 per cent. Terms may differ depending on the plan booked.

The Main Building, opened in 1927, is a classic building recognised as a historic building of Yokohama, with atmospheric European-style interiors. The Tower opened in 1991 and offers sweeping views of Yokohama Port.
