How do I get here from Morioka Station?
It is about a 7-minute walk from the south/central exit of JR Morioka Station, or about 3 minutes by taxi. If you use the limousine bus from Iwate Hanamaki Airport to Morioka, the "Odori 3-chome" bus stop is right in front of the hotel.

What types of rooms are available?
We offer 214 rooms across 7 types, designed with motifs from Morioka's culture, traditional crafts and nature. In addition to single, double and twin rooms, we also have triple rooms with Simmons beds, ideal for families and groups.

There is no public bath or hot spring in the building. Please use the bathroom in your guest room. All rooms have separate bath and toilet facilities.

How long does it take to reach nearby sightseeing spots?
The shopping district is a 1-minute walk away, Takuboku's honeymoon house is a 1-minute walk away, Morioka Castle ruins park is about a 10-minute walk away, and the Iwate Bank Red Brick Building is also within walking distance. The location is also convenient as a gateway to various parts of Iwate Prefecture.

How many restaurants are there?
We have three restaurants: Japanese cuisine "Kaisujuso," Chinese cuisine "Goka," and Cafe Dining. Both lunch and dinner are available at each restaurant.
What does the breakfast include?
Breakfast is served buffet-style at the top-floor restaurant. You can enjoy views of Iwate Mountain while dining on a menu featuring abundant local Iwate ingredients. We offer the three famous Morioka noodles—wanko soba, Morioka ramen, and jajamen—as well as local dishes such as hittumi soup and Izumi yogurt.

Is there a parking lot? What is the rate?
There is a paid parking lot attached to the hotel (59 spaces). For guests, the maximum rate is 1,100 yen (12:00 to 12:00 the next day). Due to height restrictions, vehicles exceeding this limit should use the affiliated "Cross Terrace parking lot." Parking space reservations are not accepted in advance.
