Take the Hokkaido Resort Liner bus from Sapporo Station and get off at "Ikoi no Yuyado Iroha" (about 3 hours), then use our hotel shuttle (about 5 minutes). Please contact us in advance. In winter only, we also operate the direct "Hokkaido Resort Liner" from New Chitose Airport (operated by Access Network).

The nearest station is JR Niseko Station, approximately 8 km away—about 10 minutes by taxi (around ¥4,000). We currently do not offer shuttle service from Niseko Station. From mid-December to early March, the Niseko Loop Bus is also available. Taxis are limited and can have 3+ hour waits in winter, so book directly with taxi companies in advance.

Direct bus service "Hokkaido Resort Liner" available from New Chitose Airport during winter season. Convenient access to Niseko Annupuri International Ski Resort and Moiwa Ski Resort from the hotel. 150 free parking spaces available.

We provide children's yukata, sashes, and slippers. These are available at the locations in front of the 2F elevator, in front of the central staircase on the 4F, and at the 5F vending machine corner, which you are welcome to use. In addition to the private family bath, you can also use table tennis and billiards (1,000 yen per hour) and a party room (with TV and karaoke).

Every evening from 19:30–20:30, we host the "Forest Concert" in the hotel lobby, featuring local musicians. This free live music is available for all guests.

Guests can use the fitness club free of charge. We offer a wide variety of machines with forest views and diverse fitness programs. Hours are 10:00–20:00 (last check-in 19:00); closed every Monday.

We offer a forest sky terrace open-air bath, a large public bath, and a private family bath. The water is characterized by its smooth texture from a free-flowing natural spring. We also have guest room types such as special rooms with private hot spring baths and special rooms with open-air baths, so you can enjoy hot spring bathing in your room.

During the winter season, we operate a complimentary shuttle bus from the hotel to Moiwa Ski Resort and Niseko Annupuri International Ski Resort (for guests only). If using the Niseko Loop Bus, please collect a complimentary ticket at the front desk. For travel between Hirafu, Niseko Village, and Annupuri, please use the "Niseko United Shuttle."

For guests staying multiple nights, we implement "eco-cleaning," which means staff will not enter your room during your stay. Cleaning, bed-making, and towel changes will not be performed, but towels, yukata, and amenities will be provided at the front desk. If you stay 5 nights or longer, we will perform one cleaning. If you wish standard cleaning, please inform the front desk at check-in.

Dinner features a Japanese-Western half-buffet using abundant seasonal ingredients from Niseko and Hokkaido. Breakfast is a buffet. You can enjoy these in our relaxed dining atmosphere, paired with local sake.
