Is there free shuttle service from Sendai Station?
Shuttle service using Miyagi Kōtsū highway buses is available. Free shuttle service (with the hotel covering the fare) is available during certain times: departing Sendai Station at 14:08 and 15:33, departing the hotel at 10:00 and 11:30. Reservations must be made by 4:00 PM three days in advance, with a limit of 20 seats per departure.

Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00. Times may vary depending on your booking plan. Early check-in and late check-out are available for a charge depending on availability (advance inquiry required).

Can I stay with my pet?
Pets can be accommodated in our dedicated Dog-Friendly Twin rooms. Up to 2 small or medium-sized dogs per room (dogs 10kg and over are also welcome) can stay free of charge. Pets cannot be brought to other room types.

We welcome guests traveling with children. The hotel has a spacious courtyard where children can play freely. There are plenty of seasonal activities to enjoy, such as cherry blossoms in spring and snow play in winter.

Is there a hot spring? What kind is it?
You can use natural hot spring water from Tōgatta Onsen (sodium bicarbonate and chloride spring). The facility has an open-air bath (cypress bath with continuous flow), indoor bath, and sauna. It is beneficial for neuralgia, fatigue recovery, and chronic digestive disorders. Day-use bathing is not available.

What are the nearby attractions?
Lake Okama (volcanic crater lake), one of the major sightseeing spots in Miyagi Zao, is about 30 minutes by car. Zao Heartland petting farm and the National Michinoku Lakeside Park (about 30 minutes by car) are also popular. During ski season, Zao Onsen Ski Resort is nearby.

We have a coin laundry equipped with 5 washing machines. Services include washing only (6kg/30 minutes for 500 yen) and wash-and-dry (3kg/120 minutes for 700 yen).

What is included in the all-inclusive package?
Dinner, breakfast, and drinks and appetizers at the lounge are included in the room rate from check-in to checkout. The lounge is open during Evening Social (15:00–18:00) and Nightcap (21:00–23:00), and alcoholic beverages are included. Some drinks and activities are available for an additional fee.

We have an indoor pool with a 25-meter pool and a shallow pool for young children. Night swimming is available during the summer season. You can enjoy the pool even on rainy days (seasonal operation).

About 55 minutes by bus from JR Shiraishi-Zao Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen (get off in front of the hotel), about 70 minutes on the hotel's complimentary shuttle bus from the west exit of JR Sendai Station (using the expressway, reservation required), or about 30 minutes by car from Shiraishi IC on the Tohoku Expressway.
