All guest rooms have high-speed internet connections (both wired LAN and Wi-Fi are free). There are no restrictions on connection time or data usage.

How long does it take to get here from the airport?
From Centrair International Airport, it takes approximately 30 minutes by Meitetsu Express train to Nagoya Station, and the hotel is immediately nearby, for a total access time of approximately 30 to 35 minutes.
How do I get to Nagoya Station?
The hotel is located inside JR Central Towers, which stands directly above Nagoya Station. If you arrive by shinkansen, you can access the hotel in 0 minutes walking (direct connection) from the station.

Can I send luggage before I arrive?

Can I store luggage before check-in or after checkout?
