Is there a shuttle bus from Toyohashi Station?
A free shuttle bus runs from the west exit of JR and Meitetsu Toyohashi Station (about 70 minutes, booking essential). Please book in advance. Note that pets cannot travel on it.
Can I come via the Ise Bay Ferry?
From Toba Port, 15 minutes' walk from Kintetsu Toba Station, the Ise Bay Ferry takes about 55 minutes to Irago Port, from where the hotel's free transfer takes about 5 minutes. Please ask at the front desk if you would like the transfer.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 (if you arrive earlier we can complete the formalities and hold your luggage) and check-out is by 10:00. We do not normally hold luggage after check-out.

Can I stay with a pet?
Pets are looked after in the pet house on the ground floor (charged, booking required). Pets cannot be brought into the rooms, and they cannot travel on the free shuttle bus.

Are there family rooms?
There are Panorama Premier Family Rooms, recommended for families and three generations travelling together. They reopened after renovation in July 2025. Please see the official website for details.

Does every room have an ocean view?
Yes, every room has an ocean view. Rooms on the Pacific side look out over the great sweep of Katahama Jusanri beach and the Hii stone gate; rooms on the Ise Bay side look over Koijigahama beach and Cape Irago.

Is there a hot spring?
You can enjoy the natural Irago Onsen (a sodium-calcium chloride and hydrogen carbonate spring). As well as a magnificent open-air bath 100 m above sea level, there is a bathing hall, a sauna, a jacuzzi and a stone sauna. The water holds its heat well and is held to help with poor circulation and the complexion.

There is one of the largest grill buffet restaurants in the prefecture, with a wide menu using local vegetables and seafood from Mikawa Bay. Beef sirloin cooked on a hotplate is prepared in the live kitchen. There is also a cafe, a lounge and a karaoke room. Note that there is no lunch service.

Is there a pool?
There is an outdoor pool open in summer only (in 2026, for stays between 1 July and 27 September), where you can swim amid magnificent views towards Cape Irago.

How do I get there?
About 70 minutes by free shuttle bus from the west exit of JR and Meitetsu Toyohashi Station (booking essential). About 90 minutes from Hamamatsu-Nishi IC or Toyokawa IC on the Tomei Expressway. About 5 minutes by free transfer from Irago Port.
