Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the facility.

Do you offer shuttle service from Beppu Station?
Free shuttle buses operate from JR Beppu Station East Exit (departing 15:30 and 17:30). Shuttle service is also available from JR Kamegawa Station (departing 16:30). From the hotel, shuttles to Yōkoku Station (08:30) and Beppu Station (09:30 and 11:00) are available. Internet reservation is required.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is 15:00 and check-out is 11:00. Times may differ depending on your booking plan.

Is the facility suitable for guests travelling with babies?
We have a nursing room equipped with a changing table, nappy bin, and microwave, so guests with babies can stay comfortably. There is also a free locker room available even before check-in.
What is the charge for children sharing a bed with adults?
One child under primary school age can share a bed with one adult free of charge. For children aged 0–2, select "no meals or bedding." For children aged 3 and over, select "meals only" when booking.

QR code and electronic money payments are available via PayPay only. We also accept various credit cards.

What are the hot spring and bath facilities like?
The spring water is sodium chloride hot spring (Hijiide Onsen) with excellent heat-retention properties. The large bath is equipped with an open-air rock bath where you can view the sunrise over Beppu Bay, and a sauna.

What does all-inclusive include?
Dinner and breakfast (buffet), lounge drinks (including alcohol) and snacks, hot spring and large bath access, and some activities are included in the room rate. Some drinks and activities may incur additional charges. Lunch is not provided.

Is there a pool?
We operate a garden pool seasonally in summer (you can enjoy the resort atmosphere while taking in views of Beppu Bay from the poolside).
Is there a coin laundry?
Coin laundry is available on B1F of the building. Washing machines cost ¥500 per cycle (detergent automatically dispensed) and dryers cost ¥200 for 40 minutes. Open 24 hours.
Is there an spa? Do I need to book?
We have a spa room available by reservation only. Please book in advance by email or phone.
How can I use the lounge?
All guests can use the lounge. From 15:00 to 18:00 we offer evening social with complimentary drinks (wine, beer, etc.) and snacks. From 21:00 to 23:00 you can enjoy nightcap service (beer, wine, and sparkling wine are excluded during this time).

We have a free car park with 240 spaces (some covered spaces available). If the ground-level car park is full, please use the second car park. Advance reservation is not required; parking is on a first-come, first-served basis.
