Is the whole building non-smoking?
All rooms are non-smoking. There are smoking booths beside the front desk on the first floor and on the 10th and 12th floors.

What facilities does the large bath and sauna have?
On the 3rd floor, we have separate men's and women's baths for guests only. This is Daiwa Roynet Hotels' first sauna, featuring a high-temperature dry sauna with TV, auto löyly system, a chilled water bath, outdoor air bath space, and massage chairs.

We use France Bed HEC beds with high-density continuous springs, in duvet style, for a comfortable night's sleep.
What room types are there?
There are 214 rooms in all: single, twin, double and junior suite (44.6 m2). From some rooms on the upper floors you can see Senshu Park and the Kubota Castle corner turret.

How is the room cleaned during a multi-night stay?
If you want your room cleaned, place the blue magnet on the corridor side of your door by 10:00 that day; for a towel change only, use the grey magnet. For hygiene, the room is cleaned at least once every three days.

A Japanese and Western buffet by Tavernetta Salvatore, making its Akita debut. You can also enjoy local Akita specialties including inaniwa udon and kiritanpo nabe.

There is a meeting room for hire on the first floor, with a projector, microphone, whiteboard and wireless LAN free of charge, suitable for meetings, seminars and training.
