How do I get to the Yubatake?
A free shuttle bus runs regularly between Kusatsu Onsen Bus Terminal, the Yubatake and the hotel, with no booking needed. The timetable is on the hotel's official website. It is a service for hotel guests only.

It is a resort hotel where you can also enjoy tennis, golf and snowboarding in winter, with plenty of activities using the facilities in the area.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
The front desk takes check-in from 15:00 and check-out until 10:00. The latest check-in is 19:00 (we recommend checking in by 20:00, as the restaurant takes last orders at 20:00).

How do I change or cancel a booking?
If you booked through an accommodation site, use that site; if through a travel agent, contact the agent. Only bookings made on the hotel's official website can also be changed or cancelled by phone.

There is an indoor pool, along with an open-air bath, a large bathing hall fed continuously from the source, a sauna, beauty treatment facilities and a fitness room.

There is a private open-air bath where you can choose between a cypress tub and a Shigaraki ware tub, so families and groups can have the famous Kusatsu water to themselves. Afterwards you can relax in a tatami room.
