Do you have hot springs or a public bath?
We have a natural hot spring (alkaline simple spring) with an open-air bath, large public bath, and sauna. A hot spring lounge is also available where you can enjoy drinks after bathing.
What is included in the all-inclusive package?
Dinner and breakfast buffets, drinks and snacks at the lounge, natural hot spring and public bath, and activities are included in the room rate. Some drinks and activities are available for an additional fee, and lunch is not included.
Can I use Wi-Fi?
Free Wi-Fi is available in all guest rooms.
Is there a car park?
We have a free parking lot with 220 spaces. Reservations are not required.
How do I get here from Ukata Station?
Take a free shuttle bus (scheduled service, no reservation needed) from the south exit of Kintetsu Ukata Station—about 15 minutes. If using the Ise Expressway, it is about 45 minutes from Ise-nishi IC.

We offer a full range of family-friendly plans. We also have a kids' space called 'Mataya no Mori' (opening April 2026). Child amenities are available at the front desk.
How far is it to Shima Spain Village?
About 5 minutes by car. Our location is very convenient as a base for nearby sightseeing.
What types of guest rooms do you have?
We have 372 rooms in total, with many types including Japanese, Western, and Japanese-Western rooms. Oceanview rooms overlooking Mataya Bay are popular. All rooms are 33 m² or larger.
Do you have a pool?
We have an outdoor pool that operates during summer months (some plans include pool use for guests). A new facility called 'Hilltop House' is scheduled to open in summer 2026.
How do I get here?
About 15 minutes by free shuttle bus (fixed schedule, no reservation required) from Kintetsu Ugatamura Station. About 45 minutes from Ise-Nishi IC on the Ise Expressway.

What style is the dining?
Both dinner and breakfast are served buffet-style. You can enjoy dishes made with local Ise-Shima ingredients in an elegant atmosphere. In April 2026, a separate annex called 'Bessatei Mataya' will open, offering private-room dining featuring local ingredients such as Mataya oysters.
