Is there a pick-up service from the nearest station?
There is a free pick-up from Sakakibara-Onsenguchi Station on the Kintetsu Osaka Line. Please tell us your train arrival time in advance. The last pick-up is at 20:00.

The lobby and lounge display first editions of the complete works of Akutagawa Ryunosuke along with artworks and antiques, so there is plenty of art to see. A large panel of Sei Shonagon also catches the eye.

What are the qualities and benefits of Sakakibara Onsen?
It is a colourless, clear alkaline simple spring famous as a beautifying bath that leaves the skin smooth. Praised by Sei Shonagon in The Pillow Book as the hot spring of Nanakuri, it is one of the three great beautifying waters of Japan. It is also held to help with atopic dermatitis, eczema, joint pain and fatigue.

Ise Jingu is about 60 minutes by car and Suzuka Circuit about 60 minutes. Being in the middle of Mie Prefecture, the inn is well placed for a range of attractions.
