Check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is by 11:00. For non-consecutive night guests, the facility is generally not available between 11:00 and 14:00. If you wish to wait in the lobby until check-in time, please contact us in advance. We can always store your luggage and car, and restrooms are available.

All rooms and the entire facility are non-smoking. Guests who smoke can use the smoking room on the 5th floor. There is also a smoking room reserved for Premium Suite Room guests on the 3rd floor.

Yes, especially our Premium Suite Rooms (2 rooms) are equipped with facilities for families with babies to stay comfortably. From check-in through meals and hot springs, you can spend time in a private space without worrying about other guests. Capacity is 1–4 people.

16 rooms total, available in 5 types: Premium Suite Rooms (2 rooms, 3rd floor, approximately 48 tatami mats), Junior Suite Japanese-Western rooms (1 room, 6th floor corner, approximately 22 tatami mats), Deluxe Japanese-Western rooms (1 room, 5th floor corner, approximately 17 tatami mats), Standard Japanese-Western rooms (multiple rooms, 5th-6th floors, approximately 12 tatami mats), and Pure Japanese rooms (4th floor, approximately 10 tatami mats).

At the sunken-hearth lounge "Kusa no An", complimentary draft beer (until 18:00) and over 10 types of soft drinks are available. The relaxation room "Zen" offers 3 free massage chairs. Complimentary yukata and work wear robes are also available. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the building.

We have two bathhouses: "Meigetu" (indoor and outdoor baths) and "Awayuki" (indoor bath, outdoor bath, and sauna). All use 100% pure spring water with no recirculation or added water. You can enjoy the same hot spring water that appears in Sei Shonagon's Pillow Book. Premium suite rooms also feature a cypress bath in the guest room.

It is a 7-minute walk from Bessho Onsen Station. On weekends and the day before holidays from 14:00 to 16:00, a free shuttle bus is available timed to train arrivals (no reservation required). On weekdays and outside those times, we will pick you up by car between 14:00 and 18:00 (please call the facility on the day). For departures, we provide rides to Bessho Onsen Station between 8:00 and 11:00 as needed.

Both dinner and breakfast are served either in a private dining room on the second floor (sunken-hearth seating or table seating) or in your room in a private setting. Guests staying in Premium Suite Rooms have meals in their rooms as standard.
