Is it easy to access the ferry to Sado Island?
The Sado Kisen ferry terminal is approximately 7 minutes on foot away—excellent access. The location is very convenient as a base for pre- or post-tour stays when visiting Sado Island.
How do I get here from Niigata Station?
Approximately 5 minutes by taxi from the Bandaiguchi exit of JR Niigata Station. If using the route bus (Line 17) bound for Sado Kisen, it takes approximately 13 minutes and stops at Toki Messe, then 1 minute on foot. A complimentary shuttle bus also runs from the Bandaiguchi exit of Niigata Station (please check current operating status with the hotel).

There is an observation deck at 125 metres above ground on the top floor (31st floor), offering 360-degree panoramic views of Niigata city, the Japan Sea, and the Shinano River. It is popular as one of Niigata's best scenic spots, not only among hotel guests.
