Is there a free shuttle from Hakuba Station?
Free shuttles are provided from Hakuba Station, Happo Bus Terminal, and Hakuba Town. In winter, shuttles are also available to the various ski resorts in Hakuba, making it very convenient as a ski resort base.

What can I do during the green season?
Spring through summer offers butterflies, wild birds and alpine plants. Trekking is available on the Happo Ridge Nature Study Trail and Tsugaike Natural Garden. The area around the hotel has many recommended sightseeing spots.
Is it convenient during ski season?
In winter, we provide shuttle service to the various ski resorts in Hakuba, offering very convenient access to the slopes. Access to Happo-one and Tsugaike Shizen-en is also excellent.

What kind of hot spring facilities do you have?
The facility has its own hot spring source from Hakuba Himekawa Onsen, with two hot spring baths: "Warabi-daina no Yu" for guests only and "Tenjin no Yu" which offers day-use bathing. We are proud of our expansive outdoor bath with panoramic views stretching from Mt. Goryū in the south to Tsugaike Kogen in the north.
Can I use the hot spring for day-use?
"Tenjin no Yu" is available for day-use bathing. On the 26th of each month, day-use bathing fees are discounted.

What style of meals are served?
Both dinner and breakfast are buffet-style. Using ingredients mainly from Hakuba and the Shinshu region, we offer a varied menu that makes the most of seafood and mountain produce.
