From JR Iida Line Iida or Tenryūkyo stations, it takes about 30 minutes by bus or taxi. From JR Matsumoto Station, a direct shuttle bus to Hijirigane Onsen runs once daily. For highway bus users: from Busta Shinjuku to Iida IC Igara bus stop, or from Meitetsu Bus Center to Hijirigane Onsen Komaba bus stop, then transfer to our complimentary shuttle bus.

Cancellation fees are as follows: 3 days to 1 day before check-in: 20% of accommodation fee; on the day of check-in: 50%; no-show cancellation: 100%. Some plans and dates may have different cancellation policies, so please check the booking screen.

Check-in is at 13:00 (latest check-in 19:00), check-out is at 11:00. Guests on breakfast-only plans may check in as late as 22:00. Please contact the facility in advance if you will be arriving late.

We offer barrier-free rooms (Japanese-Western style with open-air bath, Japanese-Western style, and special rooms), all located on the first floor. The private bath "Kiso" is also barrier-free accessible. Wheelchair rental is available. Please note that some second-floor rooms in the main building, such as rooms with an irori hearth or the view bath triple Western-style rooms, have stairs only and no elevator access.

Exclusive to official website bookings: the stone bath is 1,100 yen per person cheaper than standard rates, and the private bath is 1,100 yen cheaper for a 45-minute session. A lowest price guarantee also applies.

The entire facility and all guest rooms are non-smoking. However, there are two designated smoking areas—one on the 1st floor of the main building and one on the 2nd floor of the annex.

Children are welcome to stay. Ages 0 are complimentary. Ages 1–3 incur a facility fee of ¥3,300 (tax included). Additional charges apply: futon ¥2,200, children's dinner set ¥3,630, children's breakfast set ¥1,100, bath towel and yukata ¥500 each. We also offer children's yukata rentals in three sizes.

Credit cards (VISA, JCB, UC, DC, UFJ Card), electronic money (iD, Rakuten Edy, WAON, nanaco, QUICPay, transit IC cards such as Suica, PASMO, ICOCA), and code payments (PayPay, au PAY, d Payment, Rakuten Pay) are accepted.

Following Achi Village policy, an accommodation tax will be introduced from June 1, 2026 for all guests staying at accommodation priced 6,000 yen (pre-tax) or more. For the first 3 years, the tax is 300 yen per person (Nagano Prefecture 100 yen + Achi Village 200 yen), and 350 yen from the 4th year onwards. Payment is separate from the accommodation charge and will be settled on-site.

The large bath operates 5:00–24:00 daily (cleaning 9:00–10:00), and the sauna operates 13:00–22:00 (closed for cleaning on Thursdays 9:00–13:00). The spring is alkaline simple sulfur water with pH 9.8 (strongly alkaline), known as a "beauty bath" for its smooth feel. Day-use bathing only is not available.

The private bath is available from 13:00 to 22:45. The rate is ¥3,300 per 45-minute session per room. We offer three types: Shinano, Tenryū, and Kiso (accessible). Advance reservation required. Official website bookings include a ¥1,100 discount.

The stone bath is available from 13:00 to 23:00. The fee is 2,200 yen per person for 60 minutes (reservation required). We have 2 rooms with capacity for 2 people each. For bookings made through our official website, there is a discount of 1,100 yen per person. The stone bath cannot be used by pregnant women, people with high blood pressure, heart disease, or pacemakers, or by those who are hungry or have recently consumed alcohol.

We provide complimentary shuttle service between Iida Station and Tenryūkyo (13:00–16:00, advance reservation required, from 1 person). We may also arrange shuttle bus packages with accommodation from Nagoya Station. For details, contact TEL: 0265-43-2811.
