How do I access the facility by train?
From Tokyo, take the Shinkansen "Kagayaki" to JR Awara Onsen Station in as little as 2 hours 51 minutes. From Osaka, take the Limited Express "Thunderbird" via JR Tsuruga Station; from Kanazawa, take the Shinkansen to JR Awara Onsen Station. From the station, it's about 10 minutes by car or direct bus.

About 10 minutes by car or direct bus from JR Ashihara Onsen Station or Echizen Railway Yunotomachi Station (free shuttle available). About 15 minutes by car from Kanazu IC on the Hokuriku Expressway. About 60 minutes by car from Komatsu Airport. From Tokyo, take the Hokuriku Shinkansen "Kagayaki" to JR Ashihara Onsen Station in as little as 2 hours 51 minutes.

Are there guest rooms with open-air baths?
Yes, we have 13 rooms with open-air baths. The special floor "Toki Wasure Riiza" features hot spring open-air baths in all rooms, and we also offer special rooms with open-air baths at Senssen Hall.
What are the room types and facilities?
118 rooms total (98 Japanese-style rooms, 13 rooms with open-air baths, 7 Western-style rooms). Three-floor structure: special floor "Toki Wasure Riiza", Senssen Hall, and Yuu Yuu Hall. All rooms feature bath, toilet, shower, air conditioning, TV, refrigerator, and heated toilet seat. All rooms use down quilts.
What amenities are provided?
We provide hand towels, bath towels, body soap, shampoo, rinse, shower caps, hair dryers, toothbrushes, toothpaste, soap, combs, brushes, yukata (casual kimono), razors, and cotton swabs. Some amenities are available in the public bath.

What leisure and entertainment facilities are available in the facility?
We offer a table tennis corner (from 15:00, ¥500 per 30 minutes excluding tax), karaoke room (from 15:00, private rental only), club "Kimi Matsuya", bar lounge "Wa Matsuya", spa salon "Kilana", and a hot spring egg-making experience (15:00–19:00, complimentary for up to one egg).
Do you have a tea lounge or coffee service?
At the tea lounge "Kobiri," complimentary morning coffee is available from 7:00–10:00 and 14:00–18:00. We also serve tea, hot chocolate, and soft drinks. Free computer access is also available.

Please tell us about the hot spring and public bath facilities.
We feature "Sen no Kobore Yu," one of the largest hot spring public baths in the Hokuriku region. The men's bath has large, luxurious facilities. The women's bath offers a variety of bathing options including an esthetic and healing sauna, a private bath (hitoritsuji no yu), and a reclining bath. Outdoor baths (one for men, one for women) and saunas (one for men, one for women) are also available.

Is there a shuttle service from JR Awara Onsen Station?
We offer complimentary shuttle service from JR Awara Onsen Station and Echizen Railway Yunomaichi Station. Pickups are 14:00–18:00 (advance reservation required); dropoffs are 8:00–11:00 (departing at 00 and 30 minutes past each hour). For reservations and inquiries, call 0776-77-2560.

Please tell us about the meal options and dining venues.
We serve seasonal kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) cuisine. We have four dining venues: "Shun Dining Sen no Sachi," "Gottsuotei Hanabana," "Zen & Tea Ron Chiyo Mikusa," and "Banquet Hall Senbon Zakura." From November to around March, you can also enjoy snow crab.
