What is the hot spring water quality and its benefits?
Yuzaka Hot Spring is a simple weak radioactive cold mineral spring. Known as a spring of longevity, it is also excellent as drinking water. The large bath is equipped with a Shigaraki ware flower garden open-air bath, jet bath, kamado bath, and far-infrared sauna.

What style of cuisine and specialty dishes do you offer?
Our chef prepares seasonal kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) using Takehara's seafood and mountain produce such as bamboo shoots and wild vegetables. Our garden features Irori Sanso, where you can also enjoy authentic irori (hearth) kaiseki. We offer a regional cuisine kaiseki plan featuring Bijin-nabe, a local Higashi-Hiroshima hot pot specialty. The lobby offers complimentary local sake tasting. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet incorporating over 60 seasonal ingredients.
