We especially recommend plans with private baths for families with children. The outdoor private hot spring has two showerheads, allowing families to bathe together. The café also has a kids' corner, and a game corner is available from 15:00 to 20:45.

Lakeside Japanese-style rooms with 10 tatami mats (5th-7th floors), 8 tatami mat rooms (5th-7th floors), 8-10 tatami mat rooms (1st-4th floors), top-floor special suite (Japanese-style room with 2 twin beds and sitting area), and lakeside Japanese-Western rooms (compact type with bed and tatami). Most rooms have lake views.

Karaoke & snack bar "Blue Lake" is open from 19:00 to 24:00. All-you-can-drink starts from 1,500 yen and is reasonably priced. Non-guests can also use it. If you call before 9pm, we can arrange a pickup.

We have a coin laundry with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers. Detergent is available at the gift shop. Note: the electric dryer may not dry completely, so we recommend finishing drying in your room.

The radium clay bath is available for both men and women, so couples and married couples can use it together. Operating hours are 13:00–23:00. Rates: guests 60 minutes ¥1,600, day-trippers 60 minutes ¥2,200 (both excluding tax). Please refrain from use if you are pregnant or may be pregnant.

Yes, there are three campaigns. Present any of the following: ① a receipt from a restaurant in the Toya Lake area, ② your running record from the area (from an app or GPS watch), or ③ a ticket from a sightseeing boat or ropeway. Any of these qualifies for half-price day-trip hot spring entry.

Towels and bath towels are not provided at the Panorama bath, cave bath, or private hot springs. Overnight guests should bring the towels and bath towels from their rooms. Day-use guests can rent a towel set for 400 yen.

The outdoor private hot spring (cypress baths "Epere" and "Yuk") is 50 minutes per room: 4,000 yen for overnight guests and 5,000 yen for day-use guests (before tax; 1,000 yen off before 4pm). Water is supplied fresh from the spring. We recommend booking your preferred time by phone after making your accommodation reservation.

There is a Panorama bath (with outdoor bath), cave bath (with sauna), 2 private baths with outdoor areas, and radium stone bath (6 beds). The Panorama bath is open 24 hours, the cave bath until 23:00, and the private baths and stone bath until 23:00.

Morning: 7:00-9:30 (Panorama bath only), afternoon: 13:00-21:00. Rates: adults (middle school and above) 1,000 yen (700 yen in morning), children (elementary school and below) 600 yen (500 yen in morning). Towel and bath towel rental set is 400 yen.

The Toya Lake Long-Run Fireworks Festival is held every night from April 28 to October 31 from 20:45 for approximately 20 minutes (cancelled in bad weather). From the rooms, you can see the first approximately 10 minutes of the display. The full show can be enjoyed from the lakeside promenade or from fireworks viewing boats.

Dinner is served at restaurant "Kohan" with Japanese set menus. The popular "seasonal Japanese set" changes every three months with the seasons. Breakfast is a Japanese and Western buffet style, with made-to-order omelets and local vegetables being popular. Lunch is not provided.
