All rooms with private hot spring open-air baths at Kazenoizumi, Kazenotei, and Kazubitei include bathrobes, indoor slippers, ladies' amenities, and massage chairs.

There are 3 rooms in total, each equipped with 4 bedrooms (2 twin rooms), spacious living area, laundry, kitchenette, dressing table (except room 509), large baggage rack, bath and toilet. Dinner is served in a private dining room.

All 15 rooms have private hot spring open-air baths. You can choose from 3 types: Terrace Suite "Kazenoizumi" (4 rooms), Japanese Modern Suite "Kazenotei" (4 rooms), and Japanese-style "Kazubitei" (7 rooms). We also have "Baikkoen" (3 rooms) without open-air baths, as well as Japanese twin rooms and Japanese-style rooms.

We were also selected for the 6th Niigata Prefecture Tourism Satisfaction Survey in both "Top 5 Accommodations with Highest Overall Satisfaction" and "Top 5 Accommodations with Highest Overall Satisfaction Among First-Time Visitors."

Yes, we use natural hot spring water. The temperature is kept comfortable at all times through circulation filtration and water adjustment.

What kind of meals are provided?
We serve kaiseki (multi-course Japanese dinner) featuring seasonal flavours from Niigata, a "treasure trove of ingredients." High-grade ingredients such as abalone and Wagyu beef are also used. Guests staying at Baikkoen dine in a private dining room.
