By car it takes about 135 minutes. By bus, take the Chuo Bus Chitose-Niseko line towards Niseko Ikoi no Yu Yado Iroha (about 3 hours), then use the hotel's free shuttle service from the terminal (about 10 minutes). In winter, the Hokkaido Resort Liner also runs direct to the hotel (about 3 hours 40 minutes).

About 135 minutes by car from New Chitose Airport, about 135 minutes from Sapporo, about 105 minutes from Otaru, about 30 minutes from Kutchan. Free shuttle from JR Niseko Station (approximately 10 minutes). By bus: approximately 3 to 3 hours 10 minutes on the Chuo Bus Chitose-Niseko Line or Kousoku Niseko bus (with shuttle after getting off at Iroha). In winter: direct access to Niseko Grand Hotel on the Hokkaido Resort Liner (approximately 3 hours 40 minutes).

We offer 5 room types: Western rooms (Comfort Plus+, Comfort Deluxe, Twin), Japanese rooms, and Japanese-Western rooms. Capacity ranges from 2 guests in some Western rooms to up to 10 guests in Japanese rooms. Choose according to your needs and party size.

The front desk and shop accept cash, credit cards, electronic money, and QR code payments. The coin laundry accepts cash (100 yen coins) only, and vending machines accept cash and some electronic money and transit IC cards.

There is coin laundry on the 1st floor of the East Wing. Washing machines are 5kg capacity, 3 units (400 yen per use). Dryers are 9kg capacity, 3 units (200 yen for 10 minutes). Please have 100-yen coins ready. Payment is cash only.

Natural spring water called "Kanrousui" flows from a spring across from the hotel and is available free of charge in the 1F front lobby. The water from the taps in your room is also Kanrousui, so you can drink it safely in your room.

We have banquet facilities available for groups of 10 or more. We offer a chair-style banquet room with capacity for about 260 people and a tatami banquet room with capacity for up to 80 people. We can also divide rooms for smaller group events. Available for school trips, welcome and farewell parties, general meetings, memorial services and similar occasions.

It is a natural hot spring with source water flowing directly, rich in "metasilicic acid", a skin-beautifying component. The water is said to leave skin soft and smooth. We use two types of private source water, and in addition to separate bathing facilities for men and women, you can also enjoy one of the largest mixed-gender outdoor garden baths in the Niseko Kombu Hot Spring area.

Day-trip bathing is available. Please purchase a bathing ticket from the automatic ticket machine in the lobby and proceed to the front desk. Please note that the service may be temporarily closed due to hot spring pump maintenance and other work, so please check the hotel's official website for the latest information.

We offer a complimentary shuttle service for hotel guests. Shuttle hours are 9:00–18:00, available only at check-in and check-out times. Pickup and drop-off locations are Niseko Station, Niseko Ikoi no Yu Yado Iroha, and Niseko Hondori Bus Stop. Please reserve by 18:00 on the day before your visit by calling Tel. 0136-58-2121 (same-day reservations not available).

During ski season we operate a free round-trip shuttle bus to the ski area. You can also use large lockers for ski and snowboard gear, a tune-up room, rental services, and ski school.

We serve dishes featuring seasonal vegetables from Niseko and the base of Mount Yotei, as well as fresh Hokkaido ingredients in season. Enjoy colourful, carefully prepared dishes with views of Niseko's grand natural landscape.
