What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation charges are 30% of the accommodation fee from 3 days prior, 50% the day before, and 100% on the day of arrival, no-show, or non-arrival.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. Late check-out is possible until 12:00 at a charge of 3,300 yen per hour. Please inform the front desk in advance if you wish to extend your stay.

For plans with dinner, please arrive by 19:30. For plans without dinner, please arrive by 22:00. For arrival after 22:00, please contact us in advance, and we ask that you arrive by 24:00.

There is a public bath, open-air bath, and sauna using Houraiyu hot spring (containing sodium bicarbonate) from our own source. The water is soft and highly praised for gently soothing travel fatigue. Day-use bathing is also available (additional fee; please confirm times).

What kind of food is served?
Breakfast buffet (Japanese and Western dishes) made with ingredients from Nara Prefecture, plus "Tenpyo no Utage" (Nara court cuisine from the Nara period), a specialty recreated by experts over 5 years based on excavation records from Heijo Palace ruins. You can experience a banquet as imperial nobles enjoyed it 1300 years ago.

Free parking is available. A total of 110 spaces (first-come, first-served) are provided: 50 spaces in the hotel front lot and 60 spaces in the west lot. Large buses and trucks can also be parked.
