How do I enter the hotel (located in the Matsuyama Mitsukoshi building)?
After arriving at Matsuyama Mitsukoshi, please use the hotel's dedicated transparent elevator. The hotel front desk is on the 8th floor. The Ichibancho entrance (to the right of the main entrance on Ichibancho Street) operates 24 hours, so you can use it outside Matsuyama Mitsukoshi's business hours.
