A free shuttle bus (booking required) runs from Nasushiobara Station on the JR Utsunomiya Line and takes about 70 minutes. Advance booking is required. By car it is about 30 minutes from Nasu IC on the Tohoku Expressway, or about 15 minutes from the Nasu-Kogen SA Smart IC.

Popular shows include BROAD, the birds of prey flight display in which bald eagles, falcons and others skim just overhead; the New Zealand Farm Show with sheepdogs and a shepherd; and The Cats, showing what cats can do. A new show, ZOO STUDY, also started in spring 2026.

There are areas you can enjoy with your dog, and Kingdom Farm has a dog run. Please see the official website for the conditions, such as keeping your dog on a lead.

You can feed popular animals such as capybaras, penguins and alpacas. Please check on the day or see the official website for details.

In winter only the Kingdom Town area is open (Kingdom Farm closes for the winter). Winter hours are 10:00-16:00, closed Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays. You can watch the animals lively even in the snow.

In the normal season it opens 10:00-16:30 on weekdays and 9:00-17:00 at weekends, on public holidays, during Golden Week and in summer. It closes on Wednesdays (but opens during the spring holidays, Golden Week and the summer holidays). It is enjoyable for all ages. Provision is made for visitors using a wheelchair or pushchair, and wheelchairs and pushchairs are lent out free at the entrance gate.

In the normal season the Kingdom Passport is 2,600 yen for adults (junior high school age and above) and 1,200 yen for children (age 3 to elementary school); under 3s are free. In winter it is reduced to 2,000 yen for adults and 1,000 yen for children. Parking costs a further 1,000 yen per vehicle (500 yen in winter).

Kingdom Town is mainly indoors, where you can see rare animals such as jaguars, shoebills, sand cats and Pallas's cats at close range. Kingdom Farm is a pasture area set in open countryside, with the birds of prey flight show BROAD and the chance to meet alpacas, kangaroos and other animals. A free shuttle bus runs between the two areas.

Kingdom Town is almost entirely indoors, with covered walkways linking the buildings, so you can move between them without getting wet. It is an all-weather facility where you can watch the animals whatever the weather.

There is a car park. In the normal season it is 1,000 yen per car (300 yen for motorcycles), and in winter 500 yen (300 yen for motorcycles).
