Can I use this facility for sports training camps?
Yes, the facility is located within the Gokase Town General Athletic Complex, making it ideal for sports training camps. The annex offers dormitory-style rooms as well as conference rooms and lounges.

Yes, family stays are possible. We have rooms suitable for groups and families, including Japanese-Western style rooms (up to 4 guests).

The main building has Japanese-Western rooms, Western rooms (twin, triple, and wheelchair-accessible twin), and Japanese rooms (8-tatami and 10-tatami). The annex has dormitory-style rooms ideal for group stays and training camps. Please note that Japanese rooms do not have private baths.

Yes, day-use bathing is available. Regular hours are 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (Tuesdays: 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM for maintenance). Bathing hours for guests are 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

What is the water quality and therapeutic properties of the hot spring?
Gokase Hot Spring is an alkaline cold mineral spring with a distinctive silky texture. Known as the "beauty bath," it is expected to be effective for fatigue recovery, shoulder stiffness, and poor circulation. Guests praise how their skin feels smooth after bathing.

It is about 20 minutes by car to Takachiho, which has power spots including Takachiho Gorge and Takachiho Shrine. Gokase Highland Ski Resort is close to the facility.

Multi-course dinners featuring Takachiho beef shabu-shabu and local seasonal ingredients such as sweetfish and wild vegetables are popular. Dishes paired with Gokase wine are also available. Breakfast offers both Japanese and Western options.
