It is a certification scheme created to strengthen Japan's service industry and regional economies. We hold the Gold certification, recognising us as an inn whose service exceeds guests' expectations.

You can enjoy the hot spring along the Echizen coast. Please see the official website or contact the inn for details.

What is distinctive about the food?
Two chefs combine Japanese culinary technique with local flavours in creative dishes built on the seafood and mountain produce of Echizen. We aim to be the finest food inn in Echizen and hold the Gold certification of the Omotenashi Standard.
Can I stay outside the winter season?
As well as Echizen crab in winter, from spring to autumn you can enjoy seasonal seafood and mountain produce. We are open all year.
What is seiko crab?
Echizen seiko crab is the female of the Echizen snow crab. The rich flavour of the internal and external roe is its distinctive feature, and from November to December we take telephone orders for Echizen seiko crab served in its shell.
From when can I eat Echizen crab?
Echizen crab plans go on sale on 1 September each year. In the winter season, when crab fishing opens, we serve Echizen crab freshly boiled and piping hot.
