We have ramp access at the entrance, an elevator to the second floor, and one barrier-free guest room. However, there are steps and stairs in various areas of the facility, so please contact us in advance if you have concerns.

Do you have rooms with literary connections?
The room "Amanjaku" is popular with literature enthusiasts. It's where the writer Yasushi Inoue stayed and wrote. This folk-craft style Japanese room with an irori (hearth) offers a special literary atmosphere.

What are the giant stone and giant wood open-air baths?
The "giant stone bath" is said to be Japan's largest stone bath, carved from a lava rock weighing approximately 53 tons that was excavated from underground. The "giant wood bath" is a wooden bath carved from a tree over 1200 years old. Both can be enjoyed surrounded by the natural beauty of Amagi.
Is there a private bath?
We have a private open-air bath called "Kikori no Yu", available between 15:00–23:00 (40 minutes, ¥3,500). Reservations are made on the day of check-in.
What is the spring water quality?
Calcium sodium sulfate spring (weakly alkaline). We provide 100% pure spring water from over 10 sources with no added water or circulation. The source temperature is approximately 47°C and is recommended for long, leisurely soaks (in winter, only gentle heating that does not compromise the spring quality is applied).

When can I enjoy meals at the riverside terrace?
Dinner at the riverside terrace along the Kano River gorge is available as a limited number, limited period special plan. We offer wine-focused free flow and seasonal cuisine. Please check the details on the official website's dedicated accommodation plan.
What kind of cuisine is offered?
We serve creative cuisine using fresh seafood and mountain produce from Izu. Featuring our signature wasabi hotpot, as well as sweetfish, Suruga chicken, and Shizuoka black beef, our menu centers on local ingredients. Our chef is certified as a "Fujino-kuni Culinary Capital Development Craftsman".
